'Beobachter der Bediener von Maschinen' literally translated means something like: observers of engine operators. The "Observers of engine operators" is a group of artists. It was founded 1993 and they designed a lot of projects already. The most famous outcomes were the EXPO theme park Knowledge-Information-Communication with 72 swarming robots, as well as Kick-Robot, which made it up to the stadium of Dynamo Kiev.
